Fellowship Information

OBLIGATIONS

• Applicants will be required to provide proof of US citizenship and proof of acceptance into a qualified graduate program.
• Applicants must be enrolled in a qualified graduate degree program by September 15, 2010.
• During the fellowship period, fellows must be enrolled as full-time students in a qualified graduate program at an accredited and approved college or university.
• Each fellow must agree to the terms contained in the letter of appointment and the “Terms of Agreement” which will follow the letter of acceptance.
• Fellows will be required to submit completed Fellowship Renewal Forms and accompanying evaluation/assessment questionnaires and a copy of their latest academic transcripts at the end of each semester.
• Mandatory attendance at the Annual NMSFP Fellows Meeting
