All application materials must be submitted, (in one envelope please), through the US Postal Services by April 15th, 2011, 11:59pm.  Applicants should become familiar with the application information requested. Send applications to:

An application that does not have all of the required elements by the deadline will be determined incomplete and will not be considered further.

ELEMENTS OF THE APPLICATION

In addition to meeting the eligibility requirements, applicants must provide the following:

1. A completed application with all relevant fields answered, including 2 essay questions.
2. Three letters of reference; the persons providing the letters of reference should be able to speak to the applicant’s abilities and potential.
3. An academic transcript is required for every institution the applicant lists on the application. Applicants must mail their official transcripts to EAA.
